Recruitment Process for Candidates

We always try to connect you with a recruiter so that we get a true face-to-face meeting. When our recruiters meet with any new candidate, our first step is to listen and learn. In many ways, our initial conversations are similar to a job interview – but we’ll be asking at how you could fit in not just at one company, but where you have the potential to be a superstar.

We start by asking some basic questions, such as:

  • What are your skills and areas of expertise?
  • What’s your career background?
  • Where have you worked previously?
  • What experiences have you most enjoyed?

Then we’ll take a look at where you want to go:

  • What unusual experiences have you had that set you apart?
  • Where do you want to be in five or ten years?
  • What kind of department/team best suits you?
  • What are you looking for in a company’s culture?
  • What are your goals?

As we go along, we’ll be thinking about how you might fit into the culture of various organizations we work with, and where your skills and personality would match so that you and the company you join can do great things together. This process not about “finding a job” for you – it’s about finding a place where you thrive and want to go to work every day because you’re challenged, you believe in the work you’re doing and your goals match those of your company.
