Here’s the short answer: Our services are free unless we find you the right person for the job.

OK, but what if you DO find me the right person?

Our fee is generally based on a percentage of the first-year salary of the person you’re hiring. If the person we find is not worth a substantial multiplier over our fee, you shouldn’t hire them.

You’re making an investment in this hire. If Switchgear helps you find the right person, he or she will invest years of their time and talents in helping your company grow and prosper. With the right person, your investment will end up being worth many times the cost of the salary and benefits (and our fee). On the other hand, getting the wrong person in a position is going to cost you time, money, effort and frustration – and another search in the near future.
